Syrma SA was founded in 2020, in the middle of the Covid crisis. The company was immediately brought in on national and cantonal mandates to manage the crisis. This became its foundation: helping healthcare organisations and public authorities become more resilient.

Aurélie Rosemberg
Founder
Aurélie is an engineer in Health Information Technologies, a graduate of the École Polytechnique Universitaire de Grenoble, and also holds an MBA in healthcare institution management. She has 20 years of experience in defining strategies and leading large-scale projects, particularly in healthcare. She is a member of the Cercle Suisse des Administratrices (Swiss circle of women board members) and of Clusis, the Swiss information security association. She works in French and English.
She has advised many public and private hospitals, associations and non-profit institutions, as well as the Swiss Confederation and international organisations, on projects in digital, funding, organisational transformation and public health. For more than ten years she held senior management positions in the public sector, notably developing the Electronic Patient Record in the canton of Geneva and leading healthcare system transformation projects as Director of Innovation and Development, and previously as Director of the information system of the Vaud healthcare networks.
She has initiated conferences in the digital field and contributed to several forums and articles on digital health and on artificial intelligence that serves people. She taught in the Certificate of Advanced Studies in medical informatics at the University of Geneva. She teaches digital strategy for the Fédération des Entreprises Romandes and runs many workshops for business associations on digitalisation and data governance.

She started her independent practice in January 2019 and, building on its success, founded Syrma SA in February 2020, a strategy consultancy specialising in health and digital.
Mariam Mansori
Operations Manager, Cybermed Guardian
Mariam runs the day-to-day roll-out of Cybermed Guardian in medical practices. As a project manager, she plans and coordinates each set-up so that it is delivered on time without disrupting the practice, and she follows up with clients.
Trained as a data protection officer (DPO), she also supports practices with their nFADP compliance.

We work as a network of expertise. That is why we regularly collaborate with iCure and with the companies of the Health Secure Solutions network. Depending on the mandate, we can bring in targeted skills and put together teams of several dozen consultants.
Our partners
We work with key, high-value partners on our assignments. This allows us to build teams of around twenty people, depending on the mandate.
Some assignments call for highly specific skills. Syrma then draws on a network of digital experts, a law firm specialising in digital matters and reorganisation coaches.
Our fees
Our base rate is CHF 2,000 per day, or CHF 250 per hour. It varies with the complexity and duration of the assignment and the type of organisation.
